<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make traffic visible on the Internet when it flows from an external source into a network to be managed for transmission to an external destination, and to present the visible traffic to a user. <P>SOLUTION: An information presentation apparatus (100) acquires traffic information collected from one or more routers (210 and 215) provided on a boundary of a network (200) to be managed and designated based on an instruction from a user, acquires route information from a starting-point router (210) into which traffic flows to an end-point router (215) from which traffic is transmitted by referring to an internal route information storage section (110), associates the acquired route information and the acquired traffic information and then presents the associated information to the user via a display section (170).
