<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a sheet of a conductive ceramic which can control breaking of a cut sheet and provide a high-quality sheet even when the surface of the other end of the ingot is inclined to the surface of the one end with the surface of one end of an ingot fixed, and a method of manufacturing a sheet of a conductive ceramic. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 100 includes an attachment base 110 to which the surface 11 of one end of an ingot 10 is attached, a moving base 120 arranged on the side of the surface 12 of the other end of the ingot 10 and moving toward the attachment base 110, a holding mechanism 130 arranged between the other-end surface 12 and the moving base 120 and holding the other-end surface 12 toward the attachment base 110, a connecting mechanism 140 connecting the moving base 120 with the holding mechanism 130 and modifying the inclination of the holding mechanism 130 and a fixing mechanism 150 which fixes the moving base 120 to the attachment base 110, with the holding mechanism 130 in tight contact with the other-end surface 12.
