PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber sheet capable of forming a large-sized rubber sheet by connecting a side edge part with cross-linking bonding, capable of preventing the obtained large-sized rubber sheet from being waved even when a connection portion is bonded integrally by partial heating and pressurization, and capable of enhancing a bonding strength of the joined portion. SOLUTION: This rubber sheet S formed integrally into a square shape is cross-link-bonded with a main part 1 comprising cross-linked rubber, and a joining part 2 comprising uncross-linked rubber or semi-cross-linked rubber provided over at least one side of a peripheral edge part of the rubber sheet. The whole rubber sheet S is heat-pressed to obtain the rubber sheet S, using a difference between cross-linking conditions of the uncross-linked rubber constituting the main part 1 and the uncross-linked rubber constituting the joining part 2. The joining parts 2 of the rubber sheet S are cross-link-bonded to obtain the large-sized rubber sheet free from the waving. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
