PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring camera system that allows the inexpensive and easy monitoring of the inside of a vault. SOLUTION: Inside a vault 16, there are provided a monitoring camera 30 and an image-data transmitting means 32 connected to the monitoring camera 30 in order to transmit image data photographed by the monitoring camera 30. Outside the vault 16, there are provided an image-data receiving means 50 for receiving the image data transmitted from the image-data transmitting means 32, a recording means 51 connected to the image-data receiving means 50 so as to record the image data received by the image-data receiving means 50, a monitoring means 55 for monitoring the vicinity of the door of the vault 16, and furthermore, a guide means 76 for guiding the propriety of entering into the vault 16.
