PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone separator capable of increasing a compaction degree of dust an hour and excellent in an efficiency. SOLUTION: The cyclone separator includes a collection case with an approximately cylindrical inner-peripheral face, a screw-shaped, curved face provided inside the case and having the curving center of the vertical axis of the case, and a compression member rotatable around the axis. The separator collects relatively larger objects to be collected that are included in the air in the bottom of the case by swirling the air, sucked from an air inlet provided circumferentially in the case, along the approximately cylindrical inner-peripheral face and, after that, exhausting it via a filter means from the center of the case and collects relatively smaller objects to be collected with the filter means.
