<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle capable of simplifying its structure and enhancing installation flexibility of equipment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The railroad vehicle includes a first cabin partitioned in a vehicle body, an air intake provided in the first cabin to take air from the outside into the cabin, filters 41a, 41b provided in the air intake to separate and remove dust in the air from the outside or foreign matters in rain, another second cabin partitioned in the vehicle body, electric equipment installed in the second cabin, and a fan 40 provided between the first and second cabins to feed cooling air from the first cabin to the second cabin and to cool the electric equipment.
