<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust component cover made with a small number of components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An exhaust component cover 10 covering an exhaust component 11 is constituted of an external plate 12 covering the exhaust component 11 and an internal plate 13 which is arranged so as to be attached to an inner surface of the external plate 12 and is formed with a part of the external plate 12 being bent, and a plurality of punch holes 20 are created on the internal plate 13.
