PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plugging cap at a low cost through the molding of a synthetic resin material by configuring a plugging cap used for plugging a large-diameter spout, without using a separate member as a portion that is opened by attaching an extracting device of a small diameter. SOLUTION: The cap includes: an external cylindrical portion 2 that is inserted into a spout by bringing its lower external circumferential surface into water-tight contact with the internal circumferential surface of the spout A; a mounting portion 3 that is located on the periphery of the external cylindrical portion 2 and is placed over the upper edge of the spout, thereby fixing the external cylindrical portion 2 over the spout A; and an internal cylindrical portion 5 in which the middle of the top plate 4 at the upper end of the external cylindrical portion 2 is cylindrically recessed downwards, and a contents extracting connection pipe, the insertion end of which has a blade edge, can be inserted. The external cylindrical portion 2, the mounting portion 3, the top plate 4, and the internal cylindrical portion 5 are integrated. The lower part of the internal cylindrical portion 5 is closed by a disk-like closing plate 9 integrally continuous with the insertion end of the contents-extracting connection pipe via a breakable thin portion 10.
