The image shape deformation device (10) according to one embodiment of this invention is a device which deforms the shape of an image for a three-dimensional printer which prints, on a printing-band-by-printing-band basis, on the surface of a medium having a three-dimensional shape. This image shape deformation is equipped with a relative curvature generation unit (11) which determines, for each printing band, the relative curvature with respect to a reference printing band for the printing bands, and an image magnification/reduction means (12) which enlarges or reduces the image for each printing band in response to the relative curvature.
