PURPOSE: A key folder mobile phone is provided to enhance the convenience in the operation of a portable terminal and an operation for inputting a character by forming a vertical or horizontal keypad according to the direction in which the second keypad is spread out. CONSTITUTION: A first keypad(100) is connected to a second keypad(101), and the shape of a key folder mobile terminal is changed into a horizontal or vertical keypad according to the direction where the second keypad is spread out. The arrangement of a qwerty keyboard is enabled through the increase of the expansion of a terminal width and the number of buttons. The keypads are placed over the body of the mobile terminal, and a user is able to catch the central portion of the portable terminal to operate the mobile terminal conveniently.
