TURBO DECODER AND TURBO DECODING METHOD

PURPOSE: A turbo decoder and a turbo decoding method are provided to improve the processing speed of the whole CODEC system by reducing the delay time of the delay time between the code block and the turbo decoding itself. CONSTITUTION: Sub block division parts(210, 310) divide the turbo-coded code block into the sub block of m. Turbo engines of m turbo-decode each sub block. Sub turbo-sub block synapses(230, 330) output the turbo-decoded code block. A memory(400) stores the turbo-coded transport block encoded turbo. A code block division part(101) divides the transport block stored in the memory into a plurality of code blocks.
