PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade for a packaging container which extends the selection range for a method of cutting without spoiling cutting properties, and the packaging container equipped with the cutting blade. SOLUTION: The cutting blade 20 for the packaging container which is formed so as to extend in the axial direction A of a roll made by winding a wrapping film, has a central part 21 where a plurality of serrated edges are arranged in a V shape with a central position in the axial direction A as a top, and can cut the wrapping film in the axial direction A by fitting to a packaged article feeding apparatus in which the roll is stored. It has a pair of end parts 22 in which a plurality of serrated edges are arranged in such a way that they straightly extend to the outside in the axial direction A from both ends of the axial direction A at the central part 21, and the positions in the axial direction A of the serrated edges constituting a pair of the end parts 22 are outside in the axial direction A from middle positions of a pair of edge bottoms in the edges corresponding the serrated edges.
