<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in transmission efficiency of communication data to a mobile station device which performs prescribed processing disabling reception of communication data. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A base station 12 includes a mobile station management part 32 for monitoring whether a mobile station is performing prescribed processing disabling reception of communication or not and a data processing part 28 for storing communication data addressed to the mobile station, which is received during the prescribed processing in the mobile station, into a buffer memory 22, wherein communication data addressed to the mobile station, which is held in the buffer memory 22, is transmitted to the mobile station after the end of the prescribed processing.
