PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for increasing intestinal absorption of poorly water-soluble active ingredients to thereby improve their bioavailability. SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration contains a suspension of medicinally-active ingredient microparticles having a mean particle diameter of 10μm or smaller in a base oil, for prophylaxis and/or treatment of digestive organ-related diseases, wherein the medicinally-active ingredient is a compound having a poorly water-soluble p38MAP kinase inhibiting action or physiologically permissible salts thereof.
