PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph an object image facing the side face of an insertion tube and an object image facing an end face. SOLUTION: The optical scanning endoscope includes a light supply fiber 53, a fiber driving part 54, first and second reflected light fibers 55a and 55b, and a mirror 61. The light supply fiber 53 emits white light from an emission end, the fiber driving part 54 displaces the light supply fiber 53, and the mirror 61 has a hole part 61h and a reflection surface 61r. The white light emitted from the light supply fiber is made to pass through a hole part 61h, the white light which has passed through the hole part 61h reaches a first observation object area facing the end part of the insertion tube, and reflected light in the first observation object area is made incident on the incident end of the first reflected light fiber 55a. Also, the white light is reflected by the reflection surface 61r, the white light reflected by the reflection surface 61r reaches a second observation object area facing the side face of the insertion tube, and the reflected light in the second observation object area is made incident on the incident end of the second reflected light fiber 55b.
