PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent deformation of a periphery of a hinge part of a resin panel and damage of the hinge part in the deployment state. SOLUTION: In the resin panel, a front side projection part 21b projected to a second divided panel 23 side is formed at an adjacent edge part side of a panel body 21a of a first divided panel 21, and a back side projection part 23b projected to the first divided panel 21 side is formed at an adjacent edge part side of a panel body 23a of the second divided panel 23. A projection end edge part of the front side projection part 21b of the first divided panel 21 and an adjacent edge part of the panel body 23a of the second divided panel 23 are folded by the hinge part 67 and are deployably connected, and a reinforcement member 69 is built-in in the back side projection part 23b of the second divided panel 23 so as to be laid on the projection end edge part of the back side projection part 23b. In the deployment state that the first divided panel 21 and the second divided panel 23 are deployed such that front sides become the same surface, the front side projection part 21b of the first divided panel 21 and the back side projection part 23b of the second divided panel 23 are superposed in a vertical direction, and the reinforcement member 69 corresponds to a lower side of the hinge part 67.
