[Also in Group XXXVI] A high-frequency choke having disc coils 1 on an insulating or semi-conductive cylindrical body 2 which may be of ceramic material is covered with a lacquer layer 9 everywhere except on its flat end 5 and thus sits stably on the printed-circuit panel 10. One terminal wire 6 is looped around body 2 and both terminal wires 6 and 4 pass through panel 10 and are dip soldered to printed conductors 13, 14. The lacquer layer may be applied by a dipping process. |
