PURPOSE: A buoyant small-wave eliminating device is provided to eliminate the small-wave through a shock-absorbing pump before residual small-wave is transferred to the buoyant member of the facility on the ocean. CONSTITUTION: A buoyant small-wave eliminating device comprises a small-wave eliminating member(A), a fixing anchor(11) and a long-wave balance weight(17). The fixing anchor fixes the small-wave eliminating member. The fixing anchor is connected through a rope to a buoyancy buoy(18). A plurality of pipes(16) are installed at the buoyancy member of the small-wave eliminating member to maintain the form of the buoyancy member. A shock-absorbing tube(15) is provided to absorb the shock wave due to the slope path of the incident wave. A spiral perforation tube(14) is bound and firmly fixed with the mutual connection rope without the flow field. The shock-absorbing pump and a buoyancy member(10) are integrally formed and an outer uplift tube(13) and an inner uplift tube(11) are connected to the buoyancy member.
