A method, a device and a system for forwarding advertisements are provided. The method includes: an advertisement forwarding message is received, and the advertisement forwarding message carries the advertisement identification information and the identification information of the sending terminal; the metering information of the advertisement content corresponding to the advertisement identification information in the advertisement forwarding message is recorded; the metering information of the advertisement content is reported. Forwarding advertisements between terminals is enabled and the different stages for forwarding advertisements are distinguished by the method, the device and the system.
