PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center pillar trim mounting structure capable of suppressing degradation of the strength-rigidity, and enhancing the mounting work efficiency of a center pillar trim on a vehicle body panel. SOLUTION: In the center pillar trim mounting structure for covering the in-cabin side of a center pillar of a vehicle, an upwardly projecting locking part 32 is provided on a back side of an upper part of a center pillar trim 4. A lower end of a roof side inner panel 122 is arranged with a spacing on the center side W1 in the right-to-left direction of a vehicle with respect to an upper end of a center pillar inner panel 3. A locking hole 114 for receiving the locking part 32 of the center pillar trim 4 from the lower side is formed in a space between the lower end of the roof side inner panel 122 and an upper end of the center pillar inner panel 3.
