<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery element which is excellent in power generation efficiency, and a manufacturing method of the solar battery element. <P>SOLUTION: The element has a semiconductor substrate which comprises a first surface and a second surface and has a first conductivity type; a first dope layer which contains a dopant contributing to the first conductivity type at a concentration higher than the semiconductor substrate and is provided to the first surface of the semiconductor substrate; a second dope layer which contains a dopant contributing to the first conductivity type at a concentration higher than the semiconductor substrate and is provided to a first region of the second surface of the semiconductor substrate; an intrinsic semiconductor layer provided to a second region of the second surface of the semiconductor substrate; and a layer of a second conductivity type which has the second conductivity type and is formed on the intrinsic semiconductor layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
