<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air generator capable of being used in a dangerous place where explosive gas vapor and combustible powder dust exist, and dispensing with a ventilation device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This warm air generator receives a heater in a case having a supply opening 15B<SB>1</SB>and a blow-out opening 15A<SB>1</SB>and sealed at its circumference, and heats gas supplied from the supply opening 15B<SB>1</SB>by the heater to jet it from the blow-out opening 15A<SB>1</SB>. In the warm air generator, the inside of the case is partitioned into a sealed heater chamber 5, and heat exchange chambers 12A, 12B. The heat exchanger chambers 12A, 12B receive heat exchangers comprising heat storage members inside, and are communicated with the supply opening 15B<SB>1</SB>and the blow-out opening 15A<SB>1</SB>, and at least one lamp heater is disposed inside of the heater chamber 5.
