<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedthrough capacitor which suppresses the lowering of wiring density and is reduced in ESL when it is mounted to a circuit board. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Viewing from a direction perpendicular to a first side face 4, the distance between ground terminal electrodes 13 and 14 formed on the first side face 4 is longer than the distance between the ground terminal electrode 13 and a first end face 2 and the distance between the ground terminal electrode 14 and a second end face 3. Viewing from a direction perpendicular to a second side face 5, the distance between ground terminal electrodes 15 and 16 formed on the second side face 5 is longer than the distance between the ground terminal electrode 15 and the first end side face 2 and the distance between the ground terminal electrode 16 and the second end side face 3.
