SCINTILLATOR PANEL

A scintillator panel having high luminance and sharpness, which can provide a radiographic image having improved storage stability. The scintillator panel comprises, on a supporting body, a base layer and a phosphor layer in this order.  The phosphor layer is configured of a phosphor (columnar) crystal which is formed from a phosphor matrix compound and an activator by vapor deposition, and the base layer is configured of a crystal which is formed from the phosphor matrix compound and the activator.  The relative density of the base layer is lower than that of the phosphor layer, and the relative content of the activator in the base layer is lower than that in the phosphor layer.
