ILLUMINATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device for efficiently radiating heat from a base plate with semiconductor elements aligned and easily fixing and removing the base plate.

SOLUTION: The base plate 11 with a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements 12 mounted is fixed on a base plate fixing part 13 which forms a light emitting part body and a heat radiating unit body. The light emitting part on which the base plate 11 is fixed on the base plate fixing part 13 with a pressing plate 14 by a spring force is fixed on a fixture body 25 in which there is housed a lighting control part to control lighting of the semiconductor light emitting elements 12 on the base plate 11.
