METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED ELECTRONIC COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a multilayer ceramic substrate by which the capacitance irregularity of a built-in capacitor is suppressed even if thickness irregularity occurs within the surface of a ceramic green sheet to be used.

SOLUTION: A thickness measuring unit 48 measures the thickness of the ceramic green sheet 2 at a plurality of spots thereon. A processing unit 54 determines thickness irregularity, and calculates the necessary size of a conductive film using the determined irregularity as one of parameters. A printing unit 51 then prints the conductive film based on print pattern data 56 corresponding to the calculated necessary size.
