PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively support an offline network. SOLUTION: A rich Internet application (RIA) offline support apparatus connecting a client 100 and a server 200 to the Internet over a wireless network includes: a client data part 102 for updating work data in an offline state where the client is disconnected from the Internet; a server data part 202 for storing master data of the client, updating the stored master data from the client in the offline state where the client is connected to the Internet, and performing synchronization processing to reflect the work data updated by the client data part on the master data in transition from offline to online; and a communication status monitoring part 101A for monitoring a status of communication between the client and the server in transition from offline to online and causing the server data part to perform the synchronization processing in accordance with the communication status.
