PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition improving the absorbability through the intestinal tract, containing a compound having a structure represented by general formula [1]. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition includes (a) a compound represented by general formula [1]: R<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>N-C(=X)-A-B-R<SP>3</SP>or a salt thereof, and (b) a lipophilic substance. The composition improves the absorbability of the compound (a) through the intestinal tract. In the general formula [1], A is -(NR<SP>4</SP>)-, -(CR<SP>5</SP>R<SP>6</SP>)- or the like; B is alkylene or alkenylene; R<SP>1</SP>is alkyl, alkenyl or the like; R<SP>2</SP>is adamantylalkyl or the like; R<SP>3</SP>is unsaturated heterocyclic ring; R<SP>4</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>are each H or the like; and X is oxygen atom or the like.
