发明名称 MASS ANALYSIS OF NON-POLAR SAMPLE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein even though amino acids, proteins and hydrophilic (polar) substances can be readily detected in conventional soft ionization methods, such as, ESI, and the soft ionizing method is actually utilized in the field of life science but, since the soft ionizing method is a method for performing ionization by applying electric field to a solution, it is impossible to perform efficient ionization in a non-polar solvent having a small specific dielectric constant. SOLUTION: The non-polar solvent is used, with respect to a non-polar sample and ionization, such as, addition of a proton, addition of lithium, is attained by adding an ionizing agent, while the non-polar sample ionized by merely spraying the ionizing agent can be formed.
