PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor and a fan which are readily manufactured and which can reduce vibrations, and to provide manufacturing methods of the motor and the fan. SOLUTION: The motor includes a metal bearing housing formed into a cylindrical shape, a base which has a metal annular plate having a through-hole in which one axial end of the bearing housing is fixed and a resin layer covering the surface of the annular plate, and a motor control unit which makes a rotating shaft supported rotatably on the bearing housing drive and rotate.
