PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article, quickly removing loose bowels or the like from the surface of a top sheet to be separated from the skin of a wearer, and speedily replaced after excretion of loose bowels or the like by easily observing evacuation such as loose bowels. SOLUTION: This absorptive article 1A includes: an absorbing body 22; the top sheet 18 at least part of which is formed of liquid permeable material; and a back sheet 20 formed of liquid impermeable material. The absorptive body 22 includes a lower layer absorptive body 58A and an upper layer absorptive body 56A. A first through-hole 50A is formed in the upper layer absorptive body 56A, and a second through-hole 52A is formed in the lower layer absorptive body 58A. The first through-hole 50A and the second through-hole 52A are disposed so that part of an opening of the first through-hole 50A and part of an opening of the second through-hole 52A are superposed one on the other, thereby forming a communicating part 60A for communicating the first through-hole 50A and the second through-hole 52A with each other.
