PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remotely managed device, the respective data of which to be managed under high reliability can be changed from a remote place when the device is managed and maintained from the remote place while the device is connected to a communication network. SOLUTION: A remote management server generates a data set-up instruction telegram and transmits it to the remotely managed device (S41). A control program extracts a data setting instruction from the telegram, and outputs the data setting instruction to a communication control bundle (S42). The communication control bundle outputs the data set-up instruction to a basic data management bundle (S43). The basic data management bundle fetches data to be set in the remotely managed device on the basis of the data set-up instruction, and determines whether the data is basic data or expansion data (S44). When the data is the basic data, the basic data management bundle executes set-up processing of the data (S45).
