PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of reducing the temperature of an exhaust component. SOLUTION: In an exhaust component cover 10 being a cover to be attached to an exhaust component 11 and provided with louvers 12 allowing air to pass therethrough, the louvers 12 has a circular shape formed by joining two semicircles when the exhaust component cover 10 is viewed from outside, the one semicircle is composed of a quarter-spherical shell projecting outward, and the other semicircle is comprised of a quarter-spherical shell depressed so as to be close to the exhaust component. When the inside and outside of the exhaust component cover 10 are communicated with each other through the louvers 12, a convection occurs from the outside of the exhaust component cover 10 to the inside thereof.
