The body (21) of a negative pole current collector (20) is installed in the hollow section (6a). The retainer (22) of the negative pole current collector (20) is installed between the portions of the negative pole (6) adjacent to each other in the radial direction of the negative pole (6), and connected to the body (21) on the outside of the negative pole (6). In the negative pole current collector (20), the body (21) and the retainer (22) sandwich the portion of the negative pole (6) which is positioned between the body (21) and the retainer (22).</p>
