HIGH MELT FLOW POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR BUMPER OF AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE: A high melt flow polypropylene resin composition for the bumper of a vehicle is provided to secure excellent rigidity, low temperature impact intensity, and dimensional stability. CONSTITUTION: A high melt flow polypropylene resin composition for the bumper of a vehicle contains 40~70wt% of highly crystalline poly propylene resin, 10~20wt% of reactive poly propylene resin, 7~20wt% of styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene copolymer rubber, 5~20wt% of magnesium oxysulfate, and 5~20wt% of inorganic filler talc. The highly crystalline poly propylene has a melt index of 30~250 grams per 10 minutes at 230 deg C. The styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene copolymer rubber includes 10~60wt% of styrene and 40~90wt% of ethylene and butadiene.
