MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FILM BLOCKING ULTRAVIOLET RAYS USING NANO PATTERN AND THEREOF PRODUCT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an ultraviolet control film using a nano pattern, and products using thereof are provided to improve ultraviolet transmission deterrent effect under 400nm wavelength using the nano pattern, and to maintain the transparency of the film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an ultraviolet control film using a nano pattern comprises the following steps: forming a resin layer by spraying a resin on the upper side of a polymer substrate(S1); pressing the resin layer with a nano pattern engraved stamp(S2); and transcripting the nano pattern on the substrate by curing the resin layer(S3). The curing process of the resin layer is performed by adding heat or radiating ultraviolet rays.
