PURPOSE: A complex block including a clay block is provided to obtain excellent lightness and permeability by including more than 50 weight% of plastic clay which is lighter than a crushed aggregate and using the plastic clay which is composed of powder having different particle sizes. CONSTITUTION: A complex block(100) comprises an upper layer(10) which is composed of clay block and a lower layer(20) which is composed of crushed aggregate block. The upper layer is composed of a composition including cement 15-30 parts by weight and simple fiber 0.1-10 parts by weight based on plastic clay 100.0 parts by weight. The plastic clay comprises two or more powders having a grain size difference more than 2mm. The lower layer includes a composition including cement 15-30 parts by weight and the simple fiber 0.1-10 parts by weight based on the crushed aggregate block 100.0 parts by weight.
