摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic piezoelectric substance which provides an organic piezoelectric substance material having superior piezoelectric characteristics and reception sensitivity and superior heat resistance, and to provide an organic piezoelectric material, an ultrasonic vibrator and an ultrasonic probe with superior stability of measurement that use the organic piezoelectric substance. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic vibrator 10 has electrodes 2 arranged on both sides of the piezoelectric material 1. The electrodes 2 may be arranged over the entire surface of the piezoelectric material 1 or at a part of the organic piezoelectric material 1 when necessary. The organic piezoelectric material 1 is a high molecular compound having a &pi;-conjugated radical cation structure in a main chain and a polymer having repeating structure units in a chain shape, the repeating structure unit being the &pi;-conjugated radical cation structure constituted of a &pi;-conjugated skeleton having two or more double bonds connected through a single bond.
