<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane resin composition which is excellent in curing accelerating effect, shows sufficiently long pot life and yields a highly transparent cured product, and the resin cured product thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The urethane resin composition comprises an aliphatic or alicyclic polyisocyanate, a saturated polyol and zinc stearate having a bulk density of ≤0.12 g/ml.
