<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output information related to a disaster obtained by an appropriate method in response to the amount of power stored in a battery. <P>SOLUTION: When a disaster occurs or is likely to occur, and electric energy stored in an accumulator battery is large ("YES" in Step S103), a browser section is made to access a web server device and output detailed disaster prevention information (Step S105). When the electric energy is moderate ("moderate" in Step S110), the disaster prevention information broadcasted by a broadcasting receiving section is output (Step S108).
