PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fastening assembly (1) for a filling bag.

SOLUTION: This method includes: a step of supplying interlocking profiles (11) provided with flanges (12) for attachment to the filling bag; a step of mounting an actuating slider (13) on the interlocking profiles (11) ; a step of forming two end stops (2) for stopping the movement of the slider (13) in the interlocking profiles (11); a step of forming two lumens (3, 3) having a fixed lateral width (E/2) in the attachment flanges (12); a step (1004) of forming two cutting lines (4) connecting each lumen (3, 3) and an upper part (111) of the interlocking profiles (11). The invention also relates to a corresponding bag forming method, a corresponding ribbon-like strip of assemblies formed by the above method, and corresponding bag.
