SOLUTION: A diagnostic plan creation part 120 extracts diagnostic items to be diagnosed in one time of diagnostic processing from among a plurality of diagnostic items stored in a diagnostic item database storage part 110 (diagnostic item storage part), and creates a diagnostic plan for diagnosing a plurality of diagnostic items stored in the diagnostic item database storage part 110 by several times of diagnostic processing. When integrated equipment 800 (object device) is started, a diagnosis execution part 200 executes one time of diagnostic processing based on the diagnostic plan created by the diagnostic plan creation part 120.
