PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reply the requirement of society such as the prevention of global warming and the construction of recycle-type society by developing a powder characteristic-improving agent of a thermoplastic resin powder material for slash molding by using a resin material derived from a biomass raw material. SOLUTION: A resin powder composition for the slash molding contains the thermoplastic resin powder (B) as a main part, and a resin fine powder (A) comprising at least one plant-originated resin (A0) selected from the group consisting of a plant-originated polyamide and a plant-originated polylactic acid, and having a volume-average particle diameter of 0.01-10μm and spherical shapes, and is a mixed powder of at least two of the components (A) and (B).
