PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method, which in a short time, manufacture a resin molded product which can transfer a mold transfer surface in which a detailed concavo-convex pattern is formed on a resin molded body surface with high precision without using a complicated drive unit for driving while maintaining a high pressure of carbon dioxide gas. SOLUTION: A pressure-reducing valve 12 is opened, thereby the pressure in an airtight container 4 is decompressed to the atmospheric pressure. At this time, a carbon dioxide gas G impregnated in a resin molded body 101 permeates a mold 2, and is sucked/discharged from the resin molded body 101, the surface section of the resin molded body 101 plasticized with the carbon dioxide gas is sucked in the direction of the mold 2 through this suction force, thereby the pattern configuration of a microlens array formed on a transfer surface 3 of the mold 2 is transferred to the surface of the resin molded body 101 with a high degree of accuracy. Since the carbon dioxide gas G is discharged from the resin molded body 101, the resin molded body 101 solidifies in a condition that the pattern configuration of the microlens array is transferred.
