PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition exhibiting a good feeling of use by improving astringency, particularly a creaking feeling of teeth, of an oral composition containing phytic acid. SOLUTION: The oral composition contains the following components (A) and (B): (A) 0.01-10 mass% of phytic acid or a salt thereof; (B) 3-60 mass% of erythritol, and the mass ratio of the component (B) to the component (A), (B/A), is 5-1,000.
