<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein although the sun light is intruded from a windshield into the vehicle and a sun visor used during driving is mounted in order to prevent dazzling in a conventional automobile, a countermeasure relative to the fact that the sun light is intruded into the vehicle and a temperature of the indoor side is abnormally raised in parking has not been totally taken as well up to the present time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A set of a plate and a holder for attaining not only a role of the sun visor but also a role of a sun shade by freely drawing out it from a holder mounted to a ceiling part of the automobile are attached to a ceiling on a driver's seat side and a front passenger seat side.
