<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent magnet cheating without obstructing the degree of freedom of design of an accessory or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fraudulence preventing device is provided with a base member B for holding a rotary shaft 21a of a rotary plate 21 freely slidably and movably in the vertical direction, a compression coil spring C for energizing the rotary plate 21 upwards, a doughnut-like electromagnet 37 below the rotary plate 21, and a magnetism detection sensor 27 for detecting magnetism on the rotary plate 21. On the basis of a detected result by the magnetism detection sensor 27, when the magnet cheating is conducted, a current is supplied to the electromagnet 37. Since the rotary plate 21 is attracted to the electromagnet 37 and magnetized by the magnetism generated from the electromagnet 37, a game ball P on the rotary plate 21 is fixed on the rotary plate 21. The magnet cheating is prevented without attaching a regulation member or the like for regulating the entry of the game ball P at the opening upper part of a winning hole 21b. Thus, since the need of changing the design of the accessory or the like is eliminated, the risk of obstructing the degree of freedom of the design of the accessory or the like is eliminated.
