MIXING HEAD APPARATUS AND MOLDING METHOD USING THE APPARATUS

A low-cost mixing head apparatus which provides a higher-stirring of mixed liquid and a smoother-flowing of mixed liquid from a discharge port, and is excellent in productivity; and a molding method using the apparatus. The mixing head apparatus jets two kinds of liquid mixing materials (5) that chemically react with each other into a chamber (10) from fine holes respectively provided in a chamber-side wall (11) to allow the two mixing materials (5) to collide with each other for mixing together, wherein a plurality of (within a range from two to four) fine holes (30) involving with at least one of the two mixing materials (5) are provided, the center axis lines (35) on the tip end side of two or more fine holes (30) out of the two-four holes intersect within the chamber (10), and the jetted liquid (50) of the one mixing material jetted from the fine holes (30), having the center axis lines thereof intersecting, collides with oneself within the chamber (10) prior to colliding with the other mixing material.
