IMMUNOTHERAPEUTIC METHOD USING ALLO-CELLS WHICH CO-EXPRESS CD1d AND TARGET ANTIGEN

Disclosed is a means, for use in immunotherapeutic methods for new cancers or infectious diseases, that utilizes the activation of dendritic cells (DC) by means of natural immunity; that is, a method for manufacturing cells which have an immunostimulatory property with respect to a target antigen and which co-express a target antigen and CD1d. The method is characterized by including the following steps (a) and (b): step (a) wherein target antigens are transduced to CD1d-expressing cells with coding mRNA to obtain cells which co-express the target antigen and CD1d; and step (b) wherein cells obtained in step (a) which co-express the target antigen and CD1d are processed with a CD1d ligand in an incubation medium.
