PURPOSE: An insert mold transfer film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a user to arrange a transfer film and a mold accurately by including a hole printing tool corresponding to a penetration hole of an extruded material on a printing layer. CONSTITUTION: An insert mold transfer film is inserted in between an extruding mold and an extruded material comprises the following: a release film(100); a UV coating layer formed on the upper side of release film; a printing layer(120) formed on the upper side of the UV coating layer; and a glue layer formed on the upper side of the printing layer. The printing layer corresponds to a penetration hole formed on the extruded material and includes a hole printing tool(130) formed 0.7~1.0 times bigger than the penetration hole.
